This guide will take you through the necessary steps on setting up your exchange email account with Microsoft Outlook 2010. On first opening of Outlook you will be faced with the setup screen. Click next to advance into the setup process.
On this screen the option of yes should already be checked. Ensure that it is selected and click next.
This will then ask you complete the fields for your email account. Fill out these details correctly using your user login password as the password for your email account. Once all the information is entered click next to advance.
Outlook will then search for the log in details for your email account and ask you to log in. This will be your username followed by the domain e.g firstname.lastname@example.org. Once completed click ok.
Outlook should now have gathered the settings and complete the wizard. Click finish to be taken to your inbox which should then be downloading your emails from the server.
