To start make sure you are logged into your machine under your own user account and start outlook to access your email account.

Once outlook has opened locate the folder list icon at the bottom left hand side of the screen and click on it to show all the folders that are linked to your email account.

On the viewing pane on the left hand side of the screen scroll down to the bottom of the list to find. – Public Folders. Expand this and then expand the Stafford Windows folder as demonstrated in the image below.

Locate the calendar name that you wish to view on your own calendar list, right click it and left click add to favourites.

Unless you wish to rename the calendar for your own personal reference leave the details as they are in the box and click ok.

To view the calendar, click on the calendar button located at the bottom left hand corner of the screen and view your calendars as normal. You can then add calendars to the screen by checking the check box which is located next to the calendar name as displayed below.
