If you have started using our hosted desktop service, you don't have to spend 5 minutes connecting every time, follow the steps below to start using the Hosted Desktop on Mac.


For Mac Users:

  1. Go to the Apple App Store, and search for Microsoft Remote Desktop
  2. Once downloaded, you should have a Microsft Remote Desktop icon on your Launchpad or desktop
  3. Click add workspace. Now add the credentials shown below
  4. When prompted please use your login details
  5. This will then allow you to join your Remote Desktop.
