Computors new HelpDesk system

Computors Ltd are proud to announce the arrival of a new customer helpdesk system. Installation and testing is currently underway with a planned 'go-live' date of Monday 5th January 2015!


All support requests to Computors Limited will go through this new system, giving customers a host of new features when requesting support as follows:


  • Unique ticket reference that provides all users with the ability to track the status of their request from submission through to completion
  • Dynamic 'Knowledgebase' system that provides you with live answers to some of the most common support requests
  • The ability to provide feedback on how well we performed in solving your support requests
  • Detailed statistics for your organisation and the support it requires
  • Forums providing you with the status of your hosted systems and websites together with the ability to add your comments and observations
  • More ways in which to ask for support including social media
